If you have any tips or know where in the net I can get some basic training on how to be a good co-host pls let me know.

most local cable companies offer a public access class/service. that's one of the best places to get your feet wet. if that's not a possibility, then just be yourself. don't think about the camera, the production crew, or the 30 million people watching you.
