My cousin wants to have a baby but her man doesnt want to have one right now so when they had sex, her man came in the condom and when they were done she saved the condom to insert the sperm into herself. Does that really work?

It could but it's totally wrong of her to do to him. If he's not ready then he's not ready, plain and simple. Having a baby should be a two way thing, she will regret this if she gets pregnant, and she should. What she's doing is beyond betrayal and I wouldnt' be surprised if he leaves her when he finds out. She needs to grow up, from the sounds of it she doesn't need a kid right now.

Yes, it's still possible to get pregnant. It has the same risks as if the condom broke. Although the longer the sperm is in the condom the less likely to get pregnant. Also condoms with spermcide reduce the risk of getting pregnant.
While the method is a terrible way to get pregnant... if your friend wants a healthy baby she should see her Dr. about it before hand. It is also importnat for any mother to be to take folic acid or pre-natal pills the first 20+ days of pregnancy due to a spinal disease that will form without folic acid. This will reduce the chances of her baby getting it. If you can encourage your friend to see a Dr. before getting pregnant. They can help work out physical issues and any concerns the possible mother to be may have.

Probably not, because 1) most condoms have spermicide in them, which kills sperm and 2) most of the sperm would have died anyway once they hit air.
Tell her man.

If he really doesn't want a baby and she goes behind his back and gets pregnant then there is a good possibility that he will leave her because that is a very spiteful an trapping thing to do to someone. If someone doesn't want children that is ok and no one should force them to do something they don't want to do.

that is so horrible and any person that does that has serious problems. I would tell him because that is very wrong. She sounds very immature to do that and maybe thats why he dosnt want to have kids with her because he knows she is immature.
