Go to the link below. You can also do a reverse look-up which means if you know the number you can geta name associated to it. I have not had much luck with cell phone numbers but home phones or business works.

Yeah there is...you can just go to the Yahoo! homepage and in the search box just type in the person's first and last name. I do it all the time. It's where most of my cell phone's #'s came from!
