Has anyone used yoga during pregnancy to stay fit? if so how did it work for you? I just bought a yoga for beginners dvd...

I did, and it was great. I stayed flexible and got exercise that was not too strenuous. It also made childbirth easier, I think, because I knew how to meditate and relax.

Yes, I did pre-natal yoga. However, I did it in a class with other pregnant women. I think it's essential to have the other women and the instructor there to talk about the changes in your body and mind.

my friend does yoga and shes like 6 months pregnant now.

its meant 2 help u relax and prepare 4 labour

my friend loves it

see if theres any yoga classes u can go to for pre-natal girls

Please go to a professional class with an instructor that is trained and will be able to give you the correct advice :)

I did when i was pregnant and yes it is a great way to help stay fit... but you will also need to do some cardio exercise such as walking :) Good luck!
