I can't think of anywhere to buy a new piece. (and I used to repair trailers & heavy trucks for a living) A new roof cap is probably available, but very expensive. If you have somewhere local that specializes in heavy truck / trailer repair, they may have something you can use in their scrap pile.

If you need it fixed quick & looks doesn't matter, try getting a sheet of aluminum or galvanized sheet steel from a local heating contractor that makes custom ductwork. Fasten it with 3/16 bolts, washers & nuts and plenty of good quality clear silicone or windshield bonding urethane.

GOOD LUCK. YOU WON'T FIND SHEETS OF FIBERGLASS. YOU WILL NEED TO MEND THE DAMAGE ON THE ROOF WITH ROLLS OF FIBERGLASS MATERIAL AND BOUNDING MATERIAL. NOT REAL HARD TO DO. GET A SELF HELP BOOK ON BODY REPAIRS.

well you will have to do it yourself, try a boat repair shop, hot tub factory or corvette body shop for a big enough sheet of material , you will want to put one piece on to avoid leaks, if you load it up ( boats, lumber etc.) consider reinforcing it with steel "stucco wire or chicken wire " do it in a warm ventilated area , those fumes make me loopy , have fun.

How about Home Depot, places where they make campers for pickups, etc. You should also google for it.
