Not unless the 15th Amendment..which was added to the U.S. constitution in 1870 is reviewed by the Supreme court. But someone will have to make a federal case against the 15th amendment and then the U.S. Supreme court will decide to take the case or not and whether or not to uphold the amendment. You may be referring to the voting rights act of 1965, , which was signed into legislation by President Lyndon b. Johnson and provided African Americans with protection from voting discriminatory laws like the literacy test and, poll tax etc, It also provided federal regulation to voter registration practices. This bill was up for renewal in 2006, but Bush signed a 25 year extension.

Bottom Line.....read your history books and stop asking ignorant questions.

There is no such rumor. Blacks and every other race have equal opportunity to vote. And anyone who will tell you otherwise is a radical leftist or a common idiot. Most are devoid of brain cells and scream fraud or intimidation left and right when they lose, yet commit it themselves. Very typical of a political party that has no vision other than to bash the other side.
