I prefer spaghetti with meatballs, but usually I just make a meat sauce. Sometimes I will mix a little sausage into the ground meat while I am browning it, but make sure to pour off the excess grease, and maybe even use a paper towels to soak up the grease. Newspaper actually does work quite well in place of paper towels for draining grease from fried foods.
To properly prepare meatballs takes more time than I am usually willing to commit when I am preparing them.
At a restaurant, definitely like meatballs, but only if they are made on site, because a couple of those frozen meatballs taste just a little bit like mucilage.

A lot of people do Spaghetti with meatballs, but then, you can be creative and do sausage as well. Have fun with cooking!!
