Yes, the charcter Sally is still in home and away, and yes her husband Flynn did die of skin cancer about 3 months ago, up until recently she's only just got past his death and is now moving on with her love life, with a new love interest.

Yes Sally is still in Home and Away. Her husband Flynn died of cancer. I think the writers are planning to introduce a new love interest for Sally.
