Some limitations.. If you have a dual layer dvd and you want to make it fit on a single layer disc (the cheapest media available for this) you might need to use DVD Shrink to compress or remove certain parts of the DVD to fit onto a 4.7gb disc.

Once you have ripped the files to your hard drive you simply need to burn them to a blank DVD. Nero is a great program for burning.

DVD maker PCI sold on eBay (Slick Deal Guy corp) I use it and its realy slick. This thing will take any DVD and copy it to the hard drive while watching it at the same time. This is compatable with Hard Drive cameras VCD and VHS-C cameras you name it. It has a real cool tv player for recording your tv shows. I use the DVD VCR player at home to down load all movies I get.. Look up Kworld on the internet.. Good luck with your searches.....

For what purpose? If it is for playing w/o the dvd, just create a directory and copy all the contents of dvd there. If u want it for burning dvd in due course, please use create image facility available in ur dvd burning s/w. The image of the dvd is created on the hard disk.
