I am a housewife, my husband and I have marriage agreement: if we divorce, he does not need pay for me anything; but he also has supported me for my green card until I work enough for 10 years or become a citizen. So if I divorce, will I get pay?

Your question is unclear. If you do not have anything in writing (a prenutual agreement), you get half of whatever you accumulated in your marriage regardless if you are a citzen or not in this country. If you divorce in this country, anything you have with him including house, money, etc regardless if it is in his name or not, is split. I don't know what story he is telling you, but it sounds like you need a good lawyer. Good luck.

Is your agreement written and signed and NOTARIZED? If so everything stipulated there is binding. A good lawyer will get you no-where if that document is not notarized.
Best of luck.
