I think Link has become one of the hottest guys in video games. Sora from Kingdom Hearts is pretty hot as well but that makes me feel like a criminal to think that way >_<
As for anime....hmmm that is a tough one. There are way too many bishounen running around these days. I've always loved Wolfwood. Maybe not the *hottest* character around but there's always been something about him...
Hmm it wasn't asked for but I have to say it. Hottest guy in a manga (well now it's an anime too but whatever) has to be L from Death Note. GOD. If I could turn any fictional character real for one night....
