How do you get a quest on neopets and when you dont have one what do you do? just sit there and do nothing? HELP

There are TONS of other things on neopets--quests are one of the least of them. http://neopets.com/~neo____zafara has a list of links to visit, as well as links to quest givers somewhere on that page. As for faerie quests, they are awarded randomly. Good luck neopetting.

Quests are random from the true faeries, like Fire, Water, Earth, and the like. You can get quests from Taelia voluntarily, and Ilusen. Visit http://www.neopets.com/~trex777_70006
Scroll down a bit, and you will see a list of quests. Pick someone, and do a quest for them.
