Selling is a function of personality.
In retail fashion clothing sales, it's important that she be stylish and attractive, but if she has the right personality (appealing, persuasive, friendly without being pushy, knowledgeable and helpful) , her age won't be a factor.

YES!!! The others may be pretty young things, but they can be real dolts about customer service. A hot, stylish 40 year old woman with customer service skills and an education would bring me into BeBe. I'm 26, but even when I was 18, the 18 yr old clerks always rubbed me wrong. I like clerks who know more in life than just how to do their hair nicely and how to ring up stuff on the cash register.

Nah, you're never too old to wear stylish clothing. And Bebe is not JUST for young kids. Some people just prefer the sexy look of Bebe. Places like Talbots are more conservative, so if you don't necessarily want to dress conservative, then a person needs to look at stores like Bebe.
Also, this woman will be able to represent the 'older' demographic and relate to them.
I mean, do you think Madonna wears Talbots?? Just because a person is older doesn't mean they are banned from wearing cute clothes!!

Yes of course! I love knowing that there are slightly older women out there still rocking stylish clothes and haven't gone that "I give up" route!!

as long as they're somewhat dressed to an party (eg no longer donning sweatpants to dinner), are gentle in what they're donning and don't appear like a tramp :L i think of they'll seem beautiful :) outfits do no longer make you seem beautiful, a guy or woman is gorgeous :) <3

absolutely. Imagine girls from Sex and the City trying to dress you up. I would go for it. Girls or Women this age at least know what looks dressy not trashy. so Why Not.
