Is there anything that you spend a lot of time worrying about, but you have absolutely no control over the this thing? Imagine how it would feel if you could just let it go, realizing completely that you have no ability to change it. That you just accept that YOU cannot change it. How would you feel?

Well think about it ... if you can get to accept the things you cannot change you would not be worrying about them ... this can greatly reduce the amount of stress you have. If you can changes things then you can modify them to fit your views and that should give you a sense of well-being which is like the opposite of being stressed. If you know how to tell them apart then you will not be wasting your time and energy in things that you should not.

1. There are some things in life that cannot be changed, whether on a personal or global level, no point in stressing about something that is out of your hands.

2. If your at the point where you know there is something about your life that has to be changed, go for it.

3. Knowing when something is out of your hands and relaxing about it and when something else is controllable and taking the neccesary steps to make those changes.
