im around that age and its like all the girls are having parties with dancing and the usual party stuff (food, most had a dj) for their sweet 16, one of my friends had a pool party.... and just for the record im a guy

your 16 what better age can you be. if your allowed or if its in your budgeting range you should go travel and go to Italy or France. Germany...some place where you have been dieing to go. this is your last chance to do this. ditch the party. soon, you will be in college and have a real relationship (marriage) and before you know 10 years will have gone by and you will have maybe a kid. i wish i had the money to go do that so go. i will go during Senior year but i will be studying so it wont be the same. trust me a party can only last so long. you will have a lot more memories when you go to a different country or Continent. can you even imagine! happy birthday!!
