The best artist out that ever lived is without a doubt 2Pac. If you listen to his music, you'll realize it touches different subjects, he's not just a one-dimensional artist, like some dudes nowadays. He's changed rap in many ways, as he brought creativity to the game, and he actually spoke what he felt, and not what someone wanted him to say. He made some songs that I grew up to, and honestly, without 2Pac, I think that the rap game wouldn't be all that creative and that powerful. 2Pac is without a doubt the greatest rap artist, and musician artist that has ever lived.
