Of course not. That would be condoning adolescent sex. If we gave them condoms to be safer, where does it end? Should we provide a Hotel room for a safe place to do it?

Sure - and parents of children in primary schools could be encouraged to pack condoms in their child's lunch-box.
Isn't it time to wake up? Installing condom dispensers in schools is just a way of avoiding the real issues, and perpetuating an attitude where no-one cares or takes any responsibility for their actions.
If an educational institution sends the message that it is cool to have sex at the age of 13, then it doesn't matter what parents tell their children.

If they're having sex then they should be responsible enough to go out and buy the stuff themselves. Everyone else does. There's no reason for our tax dollars to be paying for that when there are students without text books in overcrowded classrooms. We need to get our priorities straight!

I think a more appropriate place is in the school nurse's office. There is already too much pressure to have sex young to begin with, putting them in the bathroom does not help.

Nope. If they are going to use them, they can go buy them at the drugstore like everyone else.

No, I'd say that would be pressuring the CHILDREN to think it's ok to have sex to young.
