You should ask your teacher to show you. He or she will be happy to sit down with you if you come before class, or stay a little later to get extra help.

A teacher will always be more impressed with the fact that you came for extra help with something you didn't understand, than if you show up with right answers all the time.

13. your 9" is like 0.75 ft. , multiply 0.75 x 2 x 3 which equals 4.5 cu. ft. , then divide 9000 by 4.5 = 2000.

14. bottom is 8 x 10 or 80 sq. ft.
one side is 10 x 12 or 120 sq. ft. x 2 sides = 240 sq. ft.
other side is 8 x 12 or 96 sq ft x 2 sides = 192 sq ft
add altogether 512 sq. ft. x $0.75 = $384

i don't have time to show you other questions, but maybe someone will be able to show you. good luck

looks like you are trying to get someone else to do your homework.

I will tell you that in the first problem you need to convert inches to a fraction of a foot before you can find volume.

Look up the formulas for the other problems. You CAN do these, just give it some thought.
