Hi! I'd love to help :). I'm not exactly sure what your budget is but I'll try not to go too high x].
-Torrid: They're a great plus-sized store with an awesome selection of clothes & accesories. I can't tell if a dress has no back from their pics but I found a really cute one [name: Black White Rhinestone Ruched Dress]. But selections vary by store so you can use their store locator, find a store near you & see what they have ;).
-JcPenny's: Like many other stores they don't have many closed back dresses but I happened to find this really great one[name: Bisou Bisou® Wrap Dress]. & it comes in a size 12 x]! But like I mentioned before it depends on locations whether they have it or not so be sure to check before you go shop :)!

get your dress made.Go to a mexican dress store that make and alter dresses and tell them what u want.
