Depends on the quality of the dope and the quality of the person, but I can say they have a corollary relationship. If you are a a high quality of person and had a lot of high quality dope, you could hypothetically trip out enough to blurr your vision enough to vote Republican accidentally. Of course the high would be nothing compared to the bender you went on after you realized how large of a mistake you made.
