The Street is Haromen Drive and the State is California. One of my sisters friends just moved to california and she gave her the street number the street name and the state no city or zip code, since then their phone number has changed can some one help.

Depends on who is sorting the mail and how big the city is. I can put a name and zip code on a letter and it will reach my father, but that's in a town of 800. The zip code is what is looked at to figure out where to send mail, not the state or city.

That won't help at all. even if there are two Haromen Drives in CA, then you have two cities to choose form
You could try usps.com, but it may not be helpful, either

My Magellan GPS tells me there is no such street in California

check USPS web page for zip and Yahoo for city, it might get you closer to your search

or you can also try locating your friend with this site:
www.allfolks.net
It gives you a rough idea of what city they live in, and what relatives they have...play with it..

go to http://www.usps.com and find zip code is on there all you have to do is put in the address.
