What alot of people forget is that communication is a two way street! While it of course entails speaking to some one in such a way so as to effectively convey your point of view, it is also Listening! I bet almost every answer you get on this will talk about the speaking clearly and coherently part. But that's only half of it. You have to be an attenitve and patient listener as well to complete the process!

Being able to relate to someone one or thing in a way that they can understand. Wording---speaking to people in a manner that can be understood. Writing a paper would be an exsample also, the words that you use to relate what is it that you are saying. eye contact, body language etc
