That is: boring, dry, and long. Not to mention that the grammar is out of this world. A high school newspaper should be fun and informative.

Yes, I am a good writer... I am also the Copy Editor. The adivsor told me that my writing is like poetry, and if anyone needed help on their articles, to come to me... but... Yea... everyone writes about things that teenagers do not care about... and... no one ever checks their grammar. (I just came to this class on Monday, but I was a staff writer a year before)

Do away with every person who has higher rank over you.

I've run into the same problem in the past. To solve this problem, I talked with the editor and we decided to co edit. As a result, I got some experience that I am now using this year. Now, I'm encountering the same problems as there is a lack of interest. The grammar is fine.
So to stage a revolt and take it over, talk to the editor. Maybe, the two of you can work together. Talk to the adviser as well. Good luck. If all else fails, write a fiery letter or an eloquent one clearly stating why change is needed. Maye the others on the staff will support you. Just be prepared for the possibility of an annoyed editor.

Well, if you are a good writer that could be really easy. But if you are not and people in the newspaper like you then, have a vote on who should be the Editor and Chief.

Have you talked to the leader of the newspaper? Or maybe the principal? Talk to someone about it, & give them your suggestions!
