Well I haven't been in this situation but I would do one of 3 things:

Do you love cheerleading more than anything you're involved in? If you truely do, you might want to quit the thing you have Sunday. Unless it's something you really can't get out of. I'm not trying to tell you to give up something else you love. But it's an option..

If your coach sees that you work really really hard in the practice you can go to, maybe you can go to one of the practices and a half-hour or so of the Sunday practice. If possible, ask to set up some private time with your coach outside of practice time so they can show you the things that you missed. They may not have time to do this. But they will respect you for asking and trying your best.

If that doesn't work out, is there another team you can try out for? Maybe your coach can recommend you to another team.

If it doesn't work out this year, remember to keep practicing and stay in shape. Show your dedication and come back next year. Try as hard as you can. I hope it works out for you! Have fun and good luck!

sorry ur going to have to choose, some cheerleaders at my school won nationals last year and they practice 6 days a week for 3-8 hours a day (just 3 on school days but up to 8 on saturdays they don't practice on days with football games)

Sorry, but you need to make a decision on what is more important to you...
