not in the slightest:
1. Almost all questions are on here somewhere.
2. Almost anything can be found on the internet through Google
3. (Most importantly): If I don't want to waste time reading the answers, I don't have to click on the question.

Yes it does...
I think it's because people don't take the time to search for similar questions. By adding a new question it allows theirs to be at the top of the list so more people will see it right away.

Yep! Coz it usually means they couldnt be bothered to search the other questions for the answers they need.. Its laziness methinks!

Maybe they lack the intelligence to do a proper search , so we facilitate them by spoon feeding them . Simple , besides its kinda fun seeing people totally unaware of their surroundings . You can actually tell alot about their life because of that .
