In today's world you it's harder to survive with only a high school diploma. It's hard to find that great paying job.

Most companies (big or small) require many years experience and/or a bachelor's degree. In fact, over the past 15 years, in order to get a well (not just good) paying job, you need a master's degree.

Depending on what you're doing it's best to stay/get ahead, so when you're in your 40's/50's you're not being replaced by some young person with a more academic background.

Well even though people will always say you should ... you got to ask your self if you believe you are college material. Think about the fact that if you get a college education, you will have the opportunity to get a higher paying job and not have to work physically hard for it meaning you get to be behind the desk or indoors enjoying the air conditioning. If you do not go to college you may get a good job but it almost always requires a lot of physical work which can eventually take a toll on your body.

Yes. Always strive for more education to better yourself. You might also be able to get your company to pay for some of your expenses. Check it out.'
