Absolute nil. What Impresses me about this scandal is that the family who run it are worth £275 million and they have to rely on a bank overdraft of millions of pounds to run it while they rake in the profit regardless of the fact that the people actually pay up front for their goods. I mean pay well in advance of Christmas. So I don't know why the business was being run on debt in the first place.

We know they won't get sent to jail. They'll be hugging their Swiss bank books and laughing their socks off. A lot of people are going to go without this Christmas, thanks to them. The nasty thing about it is, they were still collecting money just days before liquidation. No one is ever going to trust the remaining hamper companies, which spells the end for them also

I really feel for all the people who paid into this scheme and the way they have lost their money is absolutely disgusting! Farepak should be made to pay back all the money owed, after all what have they spent it on?

I actual saw this coming. The chances of them being prosecuted to be honest are slim to none. I could never understand why people buy Christmas hampers for personally. Why not just go to the supermarket like MOST people do for there Christmas food stuff.
