In response to the other answer, exponential growth is when growth occurs at an ever increasing rate. It is not constant. Furthermore, exponential growth is the theoretical limit to the growth of a population given ideal conditions and unlimited resources.

There is Exponential when a population grows at a constant rate
and there is Logistical in which the growth rate of a population slows down or stops
