It is possible to set the security settings in Adobe so that you cannot print a document. Is the problem on all files, or just one? If it is only one the security settings may be preventing printing.
If the print icon is greyed out it is probably a security setting.

Yes, Adobe Reader has print function. File menu, then Print.

I am not surwe what exact problem you are having but yes you can print via adobe.You may be having printer issues or it may depend on whjat it is that you are trying to print out.
I would contact adobe directly and they will be able to walk you
through the problem.

Go to file->Print or simply click on the picture of the printer on the left in the toolbar.
Ensure that you have a printer selected in the print window

I have some ebooks that disable the adobe print function. that could have been done.
Is it only one file or all of them. You may want to download adobe and install again if it is happening to all of your files.

You should,can you print at all? if no install printer driver and set that driver as default driver you will print.
