I just measured my foot...it's 10 inches long, and I wear a women's size 8.
You probably need a 7-1/2...Maybe a 7.
Actually, as I think about it, most athletic shoes run small. You might want to try an 8.

go to any shoe store and use their little feet measuring devices. they work pretty well.
