Pilots are vetted to highlite additional training when skills are tarnished. Do teachers and doctors conform to annual checks on their ablility to practice? If not, do you think they should?

it varies by state but I know teachers in my state are required to take so many continuing education courses every five years. They also have mandatory in-services (those days when you get the day off and they don't).

I don't know enough about doctors to say how that works but they do have to retain the American Medical Association's approval and meet all of their requirements.

I believe the requirements vary from state to state. I know that here in Oklahoma they are required to spend a certain amount of time attending continuing education in courses and seminars each year. I think they are re-examined at some point, but I do not think it is every year.

No - the closest factor to an aerobatic maneuver required for a advertisement license are steep 360 turns, chandelles, and lazy eights. Even spin training isn't required until eventually you would be a CFI.

they have school exams and after they get their degree or finish there traning they have to take a big test proving that they know what they are doing. Medical students have to take a test before they enter pre med too. its called MCATS its sort of like SAT for college students.
