my ps2 wont read my memory card?

Turn the PS2 on with NO GAME inside, and the memory card inserted. Click into the BROWSER section and see if the mem card pops up. If not, try jiggling it and see if that makes it appear. I've found that some worn out mem card slots require that you jiggle it to make the PS2 recognize it.

If that doesn't help, try another mem card in your ps2, or try your mem card in another ps2. If another memcard doesnt help in your ps2 and your mem card works in another ps2, try the site below for a new control/mem card port
