Actually it's not good at all. Holding in urine can cause a bladder infection or urinary Tract infection. Holding excrement in the colon for long periods of time and doing it often can lead to possible colon cancer. Don't do it. If you gotta go, you gotta go.

Yes I was a kid once. I don't believe your story actually happened it screams fiction to me but I still got a nice chuckle out of it. Especially the line "slowly a huge piece of poop filled my undies" lmao

yes but every body poo and pee its natural so even if you are late to class tell the teacher nature called!

It can be bad if you hold in urine because you can get a urinary tract infection (UTI) if held in too long.
You can end up getting constipated if you hold in your poop.

yes because it puts alot of preusser on your kidneys and then you migh need to have a kidney transplant.
