I have a handcrafts website http://www.indikohandcrafts.org with paypal "buy now" buttons to purchase the products. I would like to provide returning customers, via email, paypal redemption codes so they can have a discount on future purchases, but I can't find information on my paypal account.

just put another paypal button there for the reduced price with code and on the purchase note they leave to you they put the code there. If that doesn't suite you check out the designers forum at paypal they have allot of paypal programs there
