snow fall in PA?!?!?

anyone know the amount of snowfall for eastern PA this winter.. like a lot or little snow



&& does anyone know when we'll get the first inch?

I expect a mild winter with little precipitation in
the form of snow and don't really expect to see
the first inch or two til mid December. I live in
an area in eastern Pa where if it snows, it'll
snow where we are,
