science fair is coming up at school, and i want to do something on pond life. i want to get a 10 gal. fish tank, and add water, and the right kind of dirt, plants, etc. just like a pond, but in a tank. i am going to make a diagram of what specimens live in the pond and everything. how do i make the tank like a pond? is there a good website for this??? please help

Check to make sure but I have always been told you are not allowed to use live animals so you may have to rethink your project unless it will just be the water and plants.

Don''t know of any sites for that. Why not go to a pond and scoop some of the dirt/sand out and use that? Lots of life in that.
One question though, how are you going to get the tank full of water etc. to school? :)
