My life is pretty great right now. I think I'd save them for a rainy day. Although I do feel like I just received 3 wishes.
My birthday wish came true...
I just found out after 5 years of trying, my husband and I have our first baby on the way. We used the natural method, and said to ourselves if it happens it happens Although we both really wanted one.
I also just received my second wish...
My ovens been out since last Thanksgiving and while we could afford one we are pretty busy and didn't put it on the list of priorities. The stove still worked so it wasn't something that needed immediate attention. We tried having a repair person come out but they no longer made the part. Then my husband's friend offered us his after he started remodeling. When we got it home it didn't fit. So we finally just caved in and bought a new built in stove. It arrived today, just in time for Thanksgiving and family coming over.
I guess really I have my third wish too, even though it is less obvious. We are happy, healthy, and do things we enjoy. So I guess my 3rd unspoken wish was answered too.

Well, I'd ask for unlimited wishes so then I wouldn't be limited to 3.
My next wish would probably be for a long, healthy and happy life because what's the point of having unlimited wishes if you get hit by a Mack truck 5 minutes later and that wipes out your wishes?

Well, you could do the basic money, power, and more money routine. But, it depends on your personality. If you are a tree-hugger (no offense to nature lovers), then you want the global warming issue to disappear. If you are a chatty person, you would wish for the bigest cellphone tower ever. If you are a foodaholic, its all about the biggest bowl of ice cream in the world. What do you like?? Personally, I would want to have a big house, money to pay for the house, and lots of friends to share my house and money with.
