i went out with a dave for 7 years and can think of about 10 more without trying. i have to say though that i have never known a really decent dave, all the ones i know are w**kers in one way or another

I worked in a pub where there were loads of Daves so we started to call some of them after what they drank ie.IPA Dave,Newky Brown Dave etc.

I know loads of Dave's and many many Daffydd's and Dewi's, these are two welsh names equivalents to Dave's, But here in wales I know thousands of Dai's-a welsh nick name for David-they are on every bl**dy street! More than one on some street's!
