Maybe not sad but unfortunate. I saw the video footage of Jeniffer Aniston at the airport trying to get to her car. It looked like she had about 10 police officers around her to keep the paparazzi away. These are 10 police officers that could be out patroling the streets or patrolling the rest of the airport but instead they're helpign 1 ONE person get to their car. This is sad to me. I think it should be illegal to photograph celebrities except when they're on the red carpet and places like that.

it's sad about the ten police officers swarming around her instead of being out on the streets, but shouldn't be illegal to photograph celebrities...hey, this is a choice she made...with the money she makes in one single year, she shouldn't be complaining about some photographers...put this choice in her face : the money with the photographers, or no money and no photographers...just to see what she'd choose ;0)

I think it's just part of the territory when you are a famous person. They know it's going to affect their lives that way. I think it really stinks though. Everyone deserves to have a private life. They need to make some sort of laws concerning paparrazzi because they are getting to the point of endangering lives in the pursuit of a million dollar photo.

Being a celebrity is her job and this is part of it. She could easily take a lower profile if she wanted. Without the tabloids she is just another mediocre actress getting a little long in the tooth.

yeah, but then they would say that it infringes on their 1st amendment rights to freedom of press.
what should be required is celebrities hiring their own security guards instead of using police. There are prices that have to be paid for success and this is unfortanetly one of them.
Jennifer does deserve privacy, but in the same vein she is profiting quite handsomely in being in the public eye. Sometimes now matter how much they desire that eye to just blink, it isn't going to happen.

It is sad, I heard on the radio that the same thing is going on w/ Sara Evans (country singer from Dancing w/ the stars) that it is so bad she can't even take her children to school. I realize that by being famous they give up alot of their personal lives but this stuff if CRAZY!

The problem is that even if we made paparzzi (i think that i mispelled the word) as long as there is a demand for the pictures from the public the pictures will still be taken

It is sad, the paparazzi needs to chill out or get charges pressed against them.

She has enough bucks that she can hire private security. Being a celebrity, these things are just a part of your life.
