well, as much as I don't want to say it's a close one.....in my personal opnion it's not
Matt Hardy only made it back into the wwe because the fans wanted him to be there.....there really is something to be said for that
but in my opinion, Jeff Hardy is more fluid with his movment, screws up moves a lot less, his moves are more exciting (whisper in the wind vs. elbow of the second rope?) and he gives his all in every match.
I also think he received a better reception when he first came back than Matt did.

Matt Hardy is a little less flashy, but he's more consistent than his brother Jeff. Rumor has it Jeff missed a lot of shows he was booked for prior to his return to the WWE. Matt has a better history of being 'reliable'.

jeff hardy is much better. matt hardy became a loser since the hardy boys split.

Jeff Hardy is better. The reason is because he is more athletic and has a more wide variety of moves in his arsenal. I hope that answers your question.
