go to yahoo image search or google image search and type moon once you get the one you need then find a lid, cup, or other circular object and lightly sketch around it not a dark line because this will be your template. Then print the moon image and look at it and shade in the details, craters and such.
Do not get pissed that you can't draw a perfect circle by hand a lot of artists I know have to use objects to draw their circles. It takes practice and a good trained eye to draw a circle freehand and get it near perfect it still comes out slightly offset.
Be patient and remember that the outline will be there and the details will fill in your moon.
Good luck ;)

Use a saucer to draw a Full Moon! Move the saucer to the right in the middle of the Full Moon and draw around the edge to get a Last Quarter and to the left to get the First Quarter.
Hope this helps

Use your pencil on its side and go heavy and light in a circular motion and don't worry about it being circular in the end. You will find it easy after a while and just enjoy it. If you want to see how to make a moon look in a painting. Look out for any of the German Romantic painters work. I find there work so relaxing and so simple to see how to get effects similar.by the way have plenty of the lead of the pencil touching the paper as you go, and don't hold the pencil near the point. HOLD it at the very end of the pencil, this will give you more scope to move the pencil with little movements of your hand.
Good Luck and have fun.

What phase of the moon? Quarter? Half? Full? Sliver?
Just put in a moon and put in a couple of little splotches for the craters. Just, like, light shadows. Also, if it's cloudy, you might want to put a little bit of clouds over the moon or have it peeking out of a bank of clouds.
Make sure you put a reflection of the moon in the water, as long as the sky isn't too cloudy.

If you wanna learn to draw, make it a daily habit, draw everyday, carry a small pad of paper & pencils where ever you go. I like to go in the restaurants/cafe's/bars/etc. & draw, that's how I got my "nckname" & art noticed by customers, etc. go to the book stores & pick up the "how to draw" books along with other art/picture books to draw, (I take pictures & use them as ideas/draw my own thing.-that's the fun thing of drawing)-good luck

Is this a question. He's how you draw it. Get a pencil && paper. Draw a circle. There there is a 'full' moon.
