I think i might have the answer am I correct -7?

No, remember the order of operations is
Multiplication/Division and THEN Subtraction/Addiction

So multiply the -6 and -3 to get 18 first, and then multiply the 4 and -2 together to get -8

18 + -8 or (18-8) = 10

10 is your answer.
