i was wondering if any of you could give me some advice at all?
okay..theres this girl ive been flirting with for a while and everything..and its been all outta good fun..;but..today she asked me out..and brought me a flower...and i feel horrible..i feel like ive lead her on and i know i have..but i dont like her the way she feels about me..and i have no clue how to tell her this..can you help?

Aww, I honestly think there is nothing wrong with flirting with people. It's human nature, at least in my own opinion. That doesn't make it always right though.
Anyway, maybe you could tell her that you are sorry about the signs that led her on-that you were just being friendly and did not intend for anything more. Let her know you like her as a friend, nothing more.
I agree with everyone in that you should do this as soon as possible. It is time for her to move on, and she needs to know so she can heal.

well if you did not like her in that way why were you leading her on by fliriting with her for so long? It probably took a lot of courage on her part to ask you out, she took a chance thinking she had one when she never did at all....not very nice....I guess all you can do is let her down gently....there is no gentle way..but I hope yo uhave learend your lesson and do not lead any more people on

DO NOT PLAY HEADGAMES OR TEASE HER ANY FURTHER, OR SHE WILL GET THE WRONG IDEA.
SHE HAS ALREADY GOTTEN THE WRONG IDEA JUST BY YOUR FLIRTING WITH HER AND JOKEING AROUND. U NEED TO LET HER KNOW THIS RIGHT AWAY.
THE LONGER THAT U WAIT, THE MORE THAT IT WILL HURT HER. THE SOONER THAT U DO THIS, THE EASIER THAT IT WILL BE FOR U AND HER IN THE LONG RUN.

Yeah, I know how it is-- to be the Other person. There's few things that p!ss me off more than some pompous jerk who flirts with people and then gives the cold shoulder when they finally get asked out. The answer is, no, I can't help you with your question, because no matter HOW you handle it, it's going to hurt her. How could you have done that? Shame on you.

well you could always just put her down easy and say you dont want to risk losing the friendship ever, or you could tell her that the guys supposed to ask the girl out
