I'd vote for Jet Li.

Jet Li is at least an actor, doing although a limited number of characters with at least some range to them. Tony Jaa is just in that silent action hero role, brooding and fighting but no acting talent at all.

That is a tough one. They both have amazing moves in movies. Probably Tony Jaa because he has been taught Thai Boxing which a brutal type of martial arts. They use all their body parts as a weapon. Yea, that would be a big match up I would like to see.
