I was completely obsessed w/ this guy for a long time. Then I realized thinking about him so much only made me sad. So with time I got over him. I still have to see him at school everyday but I promised myself that I would live as if he never existed. I want it to be like I never met him at all because he only brought me pain. I never even went out w/ him, I just wanted to. Now I see how obnoxious he is. Although I'm over him, I just wanna forget him. My goal is to not wanna listen into his conversations anymore and not even look for him when I walk into the room. thanks!

It is so hard living like I never met him. That's the main problem.

You are almost completely over him.... trying to act like he was never anything to you isn't working, so do the opposite instead- accept that he was the object of your obsession- in the past- .... when you were so immature. It's the new more mature you.... who has interest in all people and things - not just in someone who could be but never was. Awaken your senses for other things... just try to widen your horizon ..... be interested in everything and everyone. You have to divert that attention on something else.... otherwise it's like being in a room with a bowl of your favorite treat and trying so hard to make believe it's not there... open your eyes.... there might be other treats in the room.

each and every time I examine something like this i'm reminded of the track from the 70's, by potential of the Door's, it replaced into stated as, White Rabbit, and the line I bear in techniques is "some pill's make you extra suitable, some pill's make you small, however the pill's that mom supplies don't do something in any respect". My question approximately this eraser pill, would be how does it parent the undesirable memories from the stable? My thinking is stay with what all of us be attentive to works, to whit a therapist.

Well you'll never really erase him completely but yes u can get over him in time...just take each day at a time and try to talk to someone else in the class so that you won't be tempted to look at him.

This guy obviously had a big impact on you for a long time ... nothing you can do about your memories ... just learn from your obsession and don't let it happen to you again .....
If we can learn from our mistakes it makes us a better person

you should get somebody that will distract you from even thinking about him. He is nothing, whatever you keep saying to yourself the more you will believe it you should write it 15 times a day.
