Actually the above answer is completely false. What will happen is that the rabbit will eventually get tired of the way it is being nuzzled and get angry at the dikdik, which will lose its confidence in its rubbing ability and never rub that rabbit again.

When Daniels little dikdik grows into a big dikdik the blood of the rabbit will help it sustain its manhood. It is natural for this to happen.
