here are the things he does:
-asked me my name
-when my friend talks to him and i began to look, he pays attention to me and we gaze at each and smile
-tries to act goofy around me
-told his friend about me
-pat me on the back and complimented me :D
-waited for me at my locker
-just begin talking to my closest friends all of a sudden when im with them
-tries to make me look at him


-and smiles!!!

the problem is that i always see him huggin' up on other girls and i always think 2 myself 'im kidding myself, he could never like me'


oh by the way im a frshman and hes a senior
i[m 15 and he just turned 17]


also, he seems to get really excited when i talk to him, and he treats me different compared to other freshman girls [he is rough and loud, but w/ me hes quite and flirty]

He could be genuine about it, but given the fact that he's a senior I'm kinda skeptical. It's absolutely true that the "senior" guys try to prey in on the freshman girls because they view them as "naive" and not knowing any better and an "easy target". He sounds like a huge player, and in all honesty, I think you have 4 years of high school and the entire rest of your life to find better.

Im telling you this now, dont mess with the senior boys.

Usually their just feeding on the girls who dont know they're assholes yet, and are in awe with the fact that a senior might like them.

However, if you really dont feel like thats what this is, go for it. Just tell him how you feel and see what happens. If it doesnt work out, hes leaving after a year anyway!

Try concentrating on your school work, not the boys. You are in school to learn and make a better life for yourself, not flirt with older boys who only want you for sex. You don't want to become a mother before you have a chance to get a diploma. You cannot even drive yet and you are worried about boys. Wait for love, not acceptance.
