I know there is a service that you can have dsl without a paying for a phone line because I know someone who has it but I'm not sure how to find it.

The person that wants the dsl doesn't want to pay for a phone line.

Bell South's DSL Internet Service comes in through their regular telephone line but enables you to be on the internet and the phone at the same time, therefore, never missing a phone call. If you're needing service as I do (Living on a boat) and you want dsl or another fast service, you'll need to sign up for Satellite Net Service. Hope this will be help. Larry RadioShack
