I check my teens computer and was wondering can they erase the sites that they visit that they aren't suppose to be at without erasing the entire temporary history?

Yes, but they would have to be really thourough to delete the cookies and everything else. It's probably not worth the effort. Also they could go on a proxy and you would never know what site they were on.

From Internet Explorer, open the history panel by pressing CTRL -H (press and hold CTRL, type h, release CTRL).

In there you can delete what you want.

Yes, If they know how the system registry works then they could keep temp files that they wanted. Or if they found a program that does it for them.
