You should wear something with some kind of support. I usually wear a tank top with the lining inside. A sports bra sounds good too. I wouldn't suggest wearing a bra because your breasts need to breathe; and you have to remember that they were "locked up" all day, so give them a rest.

Well if you are doing a sport, a sports bra will be a better choice. Everyday stuff(errands, school) normal bras will do just fine. It's not bad to sleep with a bra on.

Well I have always been a fan of sports bras. They are comfortable, and effective. I've never agreed with sleeping without bras, that's just uncomfortable to me. Also I wouldnt want to sleep in my Victoria Secret bras either, so sports bras I think would be the best decision.

Sports bra! Normal bras aren't as comfy to sleep in, and I'm heavy chested, so not wearing a bra is out of the question.

It is best to sleep without a bra at all...but if you must wear something, i suggest wearing a sports bra

you should always wear a sports bra so it will be comfortable but wear a normal bra in the day time wear a sports bra at night for support and keep your boobs up

i suggest you let the girls breathe a little bit. If you still want the support, i would go with the sports bra

I sleep without a bra. I can't stand the feel of it against my skin when I'm trying to sleep.

A sports bra, but only if your boobs are bothering you a night. If you are comfortable with out a bra, then let em roam free, and just corral them in the morning.
